Member Development Trainings (MDT)

CATALYZING PERSONAL & PROFESSIONAL GROWTH

Each academic year, we proudly welcome Fall and Spring classes to UCG after a competitive application process, reflective of the strength and diversity of GW’s student body.

All new members are expected to commit to approximately two months of Member Development Trainings (MDT) led by our VP of Programming and Professional Development.

We place a particular emphasis on recruitment–ensuring you are comfortable in future case and behavioral interviews, and updating your resume and cover letter to be application-ready.

This development also includes Q&A events with experienced alumni and information sessions with corporate recruiters, sourced by our VP of External Relations.

New members are encouraged to take on pro-bono project responsibilities, apply for internal directorship positions, and regularly visit the Executive Board’s office hours.
